Try to reinstall (exactly the same way as before) or repair the previous installation of CW6.0 (I don't remember if this version had a repair option). I'm pretty sure I could remove all the files manually and it still wouldn't work because of settings in the registry.
Anti-virus temporarily disabled and rebooting doesn't change anything. Control Panel Add/Remove Programs tells me the uninstall is successful but doesn't remove it from the list of installed programs.
I'm trying to upgrade an old license of CosmosWorks 6.0 to CW 2006 and it won't allow installation without first uninstalling CW 6.0.
